Dr. Sunga received his Medical Degree from Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The Chicago Medical School/Affiliated Hospitals in Chicago, Illinois. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Pulmonary Medicine. He has been practicing General Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Hardin County General Hospital since 1985. He began a successful clinic practice in 1985 that has continued through the years and is currently practicing at Hardin County General Hospital Clinic. |

Dr. Birch received her Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from the University of Health Sciences College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mt. Clemens General Hospital in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. She is Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Internists. She started practicing General Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Hardin County General Hospital in 2006. |

Dr. Sanjay Bose, M. D.
Dr. Bose received his Medical Degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at State University of NY Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn, NY. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 2008 and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship from New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY in 2009. He is Board Certified in Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. He is Board Eligible in Interventioanal Cardiology. He started practicing General Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Hardin County General Hospital in 1999 and had a successful clinic practice. His expertise includes Cardiac Stress Testing, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrocardiography, Holter Monitoring, Cardiac Consultations, Cardiac Catheterization, Angioplasty, and Stent Implantation. He also does Sleep Study and Echo Interpretations, Stress Testing and intermittent Emergency Room Coverage at Hardin County General Hospital. |

Pam Atkinson, FNP – BC
Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McKendree College and attended the University of Southern Indiana where she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing with FNP. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, has been practicing at Hardin County General Hospital Clinic since 2005, and recently began Emergency Room coverage at Hardin County General Hospital.

Leanne DeNeal, PAC
Leanne received her Bachelor of Arts – Sociology and Medical Sciences Degree from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale, Illinois and attended University of Kentucky where she received her Physician Assistant Certificate. She is certified by the National Committee for Certification of Physician Assistants. Leanne has been practicing at Hardin County General Hospital since 2007, and recently began Emergency Room coverage at Hardin County General Hospital. |
